



夢の中で
三匹の蝶が
そっと浮かんでいた。
何かを伝えるでもなく
導くでもなく
ただ安心の波動で。
それは
変わる合図でもなく
戻る必要もないという知らせ。
急がなくていいし
探さなくてもいい。
蝶たちは羽ばたきさえも手放して
「あるがままで、そのままで」と空に消えた。
目覚めたあと
柔らかくあたたかい光が胸に残っていたなら
それがすべて。
In a dream,
three butterflies
were quietly floating.
They did not come to tell,
nor to guide,
only carrying a gentle vibration of reassurance.
It was not a sign to change,
nor a message to return.
There was no need to hurry,
no need to search.
The butterflies even released
the act of fluttering itself,
and vanished into the sky,
whispering:
“Just as you are.
As it is.”
And if, upon waking,
a soft and tender light
remained within your chest,
that was everything.
