Kumano has long been known as a sacred place of nature and rebirth.
The rugged rock faces were broken by the hands of the dragon gods who reside in this sacred place of water, and over the course of time, they were carried to the sea and transformed into round stones.
Since ancient times, round stones have been believed to house divine spirits, serving as a place for the deities to descend upon.
Stones are tools of invisible energy that connect human spirits with divine spirits.
